The Design Dudes provides a variety of services including but not limited to web design, development, hosting, and digital marketing solutions. The specific features and details of each service will be outlined in the proposal or agreement provided to you.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information during the registration process and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

All fees for services must be paid in full prior to the commencement of work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received on time.

5. Revisions Policy

Depending on your selected package, you are entitled to a specific number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges. We encourage open communication to ensure satisfaction with the design process.

6. Refund Policy

Any amount paid for a project are not eligible for a refund after the initial mockup is approved from the Client.

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

• Refund request must be made before your approval of the website or logo design mockup.
• A 25% service & processing fee applies on all refunds.
• Full refund: If request is made before any design concepts are delivered.
• 66% refund: If request is made within 48 hours of initial design delivery.
• 33% refund: If request is made within 48–72 hours of initial design delivery.
• No refunds after 72 hours of initial design delivery.
• No refund if no action is taken for 15 days after placing the order.
• No refund after delivery of final files or deployment of website.
• No refunds on writing services after approval.
• No refund if you just change your mind.
• Revisions and redraws apply only when similarity to existing design is found with proof.
• If approved, all purchases above $15,000.00 will be refunded in equal monthly installments of $5000.00.
• No refunds on SEO or Social Media packages once initiated.
• Finance team processes refunds in 7-10 business days.
• If a client becomes unresponsive for over 30 days, the project may be marked suspended and reactivation fees may apply.
• No refunds for Hosting, SSL, TLS, SEO, Content Writing, or ADA Compliance.

Use of Collected Data: We will try to resolve your concern under our revision policy or email you refund request approval. After refund, The Design Dudes retains rights and designs cannot be reused or published by you.

7. Ownership Rights

Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership rights to the final designs delivered by The Design Dudes. However, we retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Design Dudes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to access our website.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time without notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other clients or us.

10. Changes to Terms

The Design Dudes may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
